Natasha has worked in a variety of project areas in both a project management and delivery role since joining Rural Directions in 2008. She has experience in delivery of training, extension projects and HR services.
Natasha develops and delivers Capacity Building programs which aim to develop the leadership capacity of people at the community, region and industry level to implement practical systems and processes to develop resilience in our regions, and promote consistent and professional business management. Natasha lead and delivered the national capacity building project for the GRDC, known as Resilient Grain Leaders. This is a national leadership program which has engaged 60 participants across two rounds of delivery. The program has involved face to face workshop delivery, and coaching support. She is also co-delivered Breeding Leadership in 2016, an initiative of Australian Wool Innovation.
From 2010 – 2016 Natasha undertook the role of South Australian State Coordinator for Making More from Sheep which was a joint initiative of Meat & Livestock Australia and Australian Wool Innovation. She currently delivers the National Coordination role for Pastoral Profit, also an initiative of Meat & Livestock Australia and Australian Wool Innovation, a national extension program based in the pastoral zones of Qld, NSW, SA and WA.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Rural Science (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Education through the University of New England. She also holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Management. Natasha is accredited to deliver Myer Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), a practical personality typing tool used in conjunction with service delivery to individuals and groups.
As Program Manager for Industry Development Services, Natasha is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the services offered within this program to our clients and stakeholders.
Natasha is based in New South Wales at our Dubbo office.
