Brendan has been working at Rural Directions since mid 2010 and holds a holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from the University of Adelaide.
Brendan currently works with businesses as a grain marketing consultant to assist with managing the ever changing dynamics and risk associated with a market. This involves strategy planning, financial analysis and benchmarking. To assist with strategy development, Brendan also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning so he can provide advice to clients on the use of derivative hedging tools. He also works with businesses as an agronomist in the South East of South Australia, and is a regular contributor to our agronomic newsletter, InCrop.
Brendan has also been involved in the delivering a variety of projects including the management of trials looking at the use of recycled organics in cropping systems and the impact of Imidazoline herbicide residues on tolerant and non-tolerant crop varieties.
Brendan is passionate about the agricultural industry, especially broadacre cropping and enjoys working with clients to help achieve their goals.
Brendan is based in South Australia at our Naracoorte office.
